Impact Kids - Tuesdays 6:45 - 8:20pm

Impact Kids is a wonderful place for your K-3rd graders to grow! The ministry is focused on impacting kids with the love of Jesus so they can impact their world for Him. The weekly gatherings are full of kid-friendly worship, creative Bible lessons & discussions, active verse-memory fun, creative hands-on crafts & activities, game-time challenges, yummy snacks, and lots of friendships. DivorceCare

Separation and divorce affect us deeply, leaving us with feelings of anger, embarrassment, remorse, and fear. DivorceCare is a new CrossWay Care Group ministry that gives insights and testimonies of God’s mercy and grace and includes vital information about divorce-related topics. There is also time for small group discussion plus workbook-based personal study and reflection to help us find healing for our hurts. Community Builders: 1st Responders

We are building relationships in our community by showing our thankfulness for Germantown 1st Responders. In addition to presenting Thank You cards to our police, fire, & rescue, we will deliver a meal to them on Thanksgiving Day. You can register be involved in three different ways:

  1. Donate a dessert item (until Tuesday, November 21)
  2. Donate time (help deliver meals on Thanksgiving Day)
  3. Donate money (toward the purchase of the meal)

Children 4 years through 5th grade will be singing for our Christmas Services! Come celebrate Jesus’ birth and spread the good news!

  • 1st Choir: Saturday, December 23, 4:30pm
  • 2nd Choir: Sunday, December 24, 9:00 & 10:30am
  • 3rd Choir: Sunday, December 24, 2:30 & 4:00 pm

REQUIRED REHEARSAL: Tuesday, December 19, 6:30-8:00pm

Kids must commit to practicing the music (in the car, at home...as often as possible); words must be memorized before the Required Rehearsal.

If you would like to dedicate your child(ren) to the Lord at CrossWay, you may register for the Saturday service on January 20.

There will be a mandatory dedication class on Wednesday, January 3, at 6:30pm in Room 102 . The class typically lasts less than hour and you may bring your child(ren).

Arctic Blast Winter Retreat

Arctic Blast, Crossing Student Ministries' winter retreat, is open to all 6-12th grade students. The weekend will include a variety of options including tubing, broomball, paintball, basketball, and plenty of time for students to just hang out with friends. There will be several different worship experiences throughout the weekend with an awesome band and speaker. We find that a student's faith typically grows more in one weekend away then in an entire semester. Space is limited, so sign-up ASAP to guarantee a spot. If you are considering making CrossWay your church home, this is the best way to get an in-depth look into the church and the Connect, Grow, and Live environments. This 3-hour seminar, hosted by church leadership, will help you understand the culture of CrossWay and its specific call to serve the community and the world. You will also learn more about the church leadership, the Alliance denomination, serving opportunities, and much more. This seminar is a requirement for those who are considering membership, but you do not need to apply for membership after the course.

The Woodlands Resource Center serves as a hub for the community surrounding 91st and Brown Deer Road. The center has provided a small raised bed garden so that families and children can learn to grow vegetables, in addition to using the produce to encourage health and wellness. We will be assisting them by putting up a chain link fence to keep out the critters as they prepare for growing next season. More details at registration site.
